    宣讲嘉宾简介：

    刘巍律师，英国欧华律师事务所高级合伙人，英国剑桥大学博士，1988年参加香港基本法起草工作。刘律师是较早关注香港法律并且参与香港的法律事务的律师之一。曾为中国中铁股份有限公司、中国南方航空、海尔集团等国内知名企业法律顾问并且拥有丰富的涉外诉讼经验。

    Dr. Liu Wei is a Partner of DLA Piper, a Head of China.  He is considered as one of the most prominent experts in the profession specializing in corporate finance and listing.  He has advised on the restructuring and the initial public offerings of their H shares and red chip shares of over a hundred companies, and has been involved in providing legal advisory services under general retainer to a number of listed companies. Dr. Liu had graduated from the Northwest University of China, the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, the University of Cambridge and the University of Hong Kong, with a bachelor in Chinese literature, a master degree in law, a PhD in Law respectively.
